Being a stone's throw from Ladybird Lake provides ample opportunities to rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard to hit the water. It's also a quick walk, scooter, or drive from the heart of downtown. This neighborhood is also very close to South Congress Avenue, which is lined with busy, local businesses and retailers. It's the perfect place to spend the day eating, shopping, and exploring.
